Making a new Dredd is a must so that all Dredds are roughly the same age. Having the same starting perks from the Brutor Tribe. Flying the same ships. Training the same skills and most importantly. Learning to fly , fight and kill as a force. Your C.E.O. Dredd Trald is a new character but the PLAYER has over 10 years of EVE time under his belt and is willing to share his experiance with you.

Make a new character
MUST HAVE Dredd as first name i.e.:
Dredd Smith
Dredd Raven
Dredd Joe
Dredd John
Dredd Doe
Create as Minmatar, Brutor with Tribal backround.
Spawn at location:
Republic Military School.

In Game above your portrait in the upper left hand corner of your screen, you will see an E logo. Click on that and go to Social / Channels and serch PSID PUBLIC and join. From there you can click on PSI Division and send an application. Type in chat that you are a new Dredd, and someone will be with you shortly if they aren't already.
